• Infrastructure is the foundation of any transformation.
  Urban development can only succeed in the long term with high-performance infrastructure, good accessibility, and strong public-sector leadership.

The key takeaway from these two days: transformation succeeds only through collaboration. Trust, partnership-based cooperation, clear governance, and the early involvement of all stakeholders can turn ambitious ideas into tangible results.
